Adopt-a-Cell

Alumni, students, family and friends of the University of Arizona can support the team by participating in our Adopt-a-Cell program. You can help offset the cost of our solar cell array by "adopting" a solar cell for $20, or a string of 6 solar cells for $100. The entire solar array is made up of approximately 2600 individual solar cells, producing more than 1500 watts once complete.

Adopt-A-Cell participants will:

• Receive a certificate with the adopted cell numbers
• Have their name listed on the solar car race trailer
• Have their name listed on the team's web page
• Receive project updates periodically by e-mail

To adopt a cell, simply download the cell adoption form (in PDF format) and mail it in. And remember, we are a educational institution so all donations are tax deductable!
