Solar car racing is an exciting arena that demonstrates the use of technology to create real world engineering solutions to modern transportation and energy problems. Students that participate in solar racing gain valuable experience in business, technology and leadership that will aid them in their future career. However, without generous donations from sponsors, solar racing, and the benefits it brings to students across the country, would not exist.

The Arizona Solar Racing Team will be racing in the American Solar Challenge and the World Solar Challenge, the two largest and most challenging solar races in the world, and the team will require support from key companies to take the car from the drawing board to the finish line. Team supporters receive sponsorship space on the solar car, race trailer, sponsors board and project web site commensurate with sponsorship level. Media coverage of the project and the races is extensive and this is an opportunity for your company to receive national exposure as supporters of education and the environment.
